Air Operation Clerk (Data Analysis, Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare report and forecasts;
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data;
• Maintain data consistency and update accurate shipping data into internal systems;
• Responsible for cargo planning of specific trade lane;
• Handle enquiries regarding operation issues, communicate with internal and external parties;
• Ensure compliance to customer’s shipping requirements/ instructions;
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcomed with on-job training provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and knowledge in Power BI would be an advantages
• 1-2 years' experience in airfreight industry is a plus
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
