崗位職責:
- 執行日常會計操作,協助結帳,核對數據和對賬,資料錄入和檔歸檔。
- 為辦公室團隊提供文書和日常營運支援,視情况需要外出工作。
- 協助部門經理執行與協調各項工作,推進各工作順利進行。
- 協助領導進行對各部門溝通,建立與維繫各部門的合作關係;
- 產品檔案的建立,ERP出入庫,研發庫存管理,製作產品錶,成本錶,新品版單,新品資料統計,部門資料統計以及產品外發麵輔料配貨等工作;
- 普通話清晰流暢,有較好的語言溝通技巧。
任職要求:
- 大專及以上學歷;
- 1年以上助理或秘書工作經驗,有會計專業知識和英文流利者優先考慮。
- 熟練使用辦公軟體;
- 有較强的協調. 溝通. 領導能力,有較强邏輯性及敏銳的洞察力,具有很强的判斷和執行能力;
- 良好的團隊合作精神,為人誠實可靠. 品行端正;

Job title: Accountant/Administrative Clerk
Full-time 1-3 years
Salary: HK$10000-HK$13000
Job responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, assist with account closing, data verification and reconciliation, data entry and file archiving.
- Provide clerical and daily operational support to the office team, and go out to work as needed.
- Assist department managers in executing and coordinating various tasks to promote the smooth progress of various tasks.
- Assist leaders in communicating with various departments, establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with various departments;
- Establish product archives, ERP warehousing, R&D inventory management, make product tables, cost tables, new product orders, new product data statistics, department data statistics, and product outbound surface and auxiliary materials distribution, etc.;
- Speak Mandarin clearly and fluently, with good language communication skills.
Job requirements:
- Colleage education or above;
- More than 1 year of assistant or secretary work experience, accounting expertise and fluent English are preferred.
- Proficient in office software;
- Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills, strong logic and keen insight, strong judgment and execution ability;
- Good team spirit, honest and reliable, good conduct;
