Here’s the opportunity for you:
- Work on exhibition and event projects.
- Develop project plan and coordinate with stakeholders ’internally and externally.
- Ensure all projects are in line with the schedule and clients' requirements.
- Serve our clients on their project requests and to ensure their requests are solved effectively and smoothly.
- Manage project budget and quality.
Are you ready for the opportunity?
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry.
- With exhibition or event project coordination experience will be an advantage.
- Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
- Be innovative and resourceful.
- Fast learner and prepared to take up challenges.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive/Assistant Project Manager.
