Influencer Marketing Manager (English Speaking Countries)

Objective of the Position:

Increase and strengthen YesStyle brand visibility across English speaking countries by creating content through social media channels.

What You'll Do:

• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies in line with the overall marketing goals to strengthen brand awareness in English speaking countries including but limited to the US, the UK, Australia, and Canada

• Identify relevant and impactful influencers profiles to create content on social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok 

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of diverse projects and successful campaigns within the Team

• Responsible for the Team’s budget and KPIs 

• Provide regular reports on influencer and campaign performance

• Review and evaluate the Team’s performance to suggest ways of improvement and growth 

• Manage a Team of 4

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing. Managerial experience will be a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Social media savvy and understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques

• Data analysis skills 

• Strong people and communication skills 

• Organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data 

• Good relationship building skills
