Contract Marketing Executive (1 year renewable contract)

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team mainly in public relations, CRM, event management and other marketing functions as assigned
• Planning & handling media enquiry, product seeding, interviews, editorial shoots with PR agency
• Managing brand communications aligning with brand identity
• Preparing press releases upon new launches and promotion events
• Assist in all digital campaigns including but not limited to e-CRM from planning, execution to post-campaign analysis
• Assist in all CRM communications to drive new launch awareness, product consideration and conversions
• Initiate and deploy CRM strategy and programs including seasonal campaigns, member retention, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touch points
• Optimize the customer journey and membership scheme to ensure existing propositions are meet and exceed customer expectations
• Assist in executing effective and timely customer touchpoints, starting from data analysis, planning, execution and evaluation, with an objective to recruit and retain customer
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, agencies, logistics and related departments on day to day business operation
• Evaluate and analyze the campaign/promotion effectiveness, and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from beauty, FMCG or retail industry
• Experienced in Public relations/ CRM/ event management preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and detail-minded
• Proactive, well organized and able to perform multi-tasks within tight schedules
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
