Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring our offices & shop, focusing on payroll and administrative management.
- Monitoring offices & shop administration such as stationery and office supplies ordering, equipment & computer maintenance, and liaison with service providers
- Responsible for leading all staff in the department to provide effective and professional HR service to improve effectiveness.
- We formulate and implement policies and strategies for human resources and staff development based on the direct supervisor's direction, local legislation, market practice, and business needs.
- Designing and implementing various HR policies and systems concerning recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, staff relations and staff discipline based on government regulations and market trends
- Administered HR system and data analysis, as well as prepared regular reports.
- Design, develop and revamp training programs for corporate training, including new staff, managerial staff and staff with high potential for talent development
- Collaborate with other teams across functions on providing practical and useful training solutions that meet business strategy and market situation
- Prepare training reports for business and strategic decisions
- Participate in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to support the strategic direction of the Group.
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin. experience in Human Resources and administration in a sizable company
- Well-versed with HK and MAC employment-related regulations, insurance, and social security government requirements
- Hands-on with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
