About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team at Expert Systems IVR (Asia) Co Ltd. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services. This is a full-time position based in our Ngau Tau Kok Kwun Tong District office, where you will contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively contacting customers to introduce our products and services
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication 
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant solutions to drive sales
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective outbound campaigns
• Continuously improving your product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the call centre or telemarketing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills being an advantage
• A positive, driven, and results-oriented attitude
