ICT Product Director

Responsibilities: According to the strategic objectives and operational requirements, formulate  ICT product development direction, take the lead in completing the product budget, improve the ToB industry solutions and cases, carry out the global personnel ICT capability empowerment training , support the acquisition of business opportunities and technical support for global major ICT projects, formulate the global ICT pre-sales related processes to ensure that the business is effectively supported, maintain the global partner ecosystem of ICT, and take the lead in the research of innovative solutions of global ICT.ICT) global partner ecology, and lead the research of global ICT innovation program, specific requirements are as follows:
1、Develop the management system planning for the Digital Science Integration (ICT) product team and build the Digital Science Integration (ICT) capability system;
2、Complete the business guidance of this professional line, complete the ToB industry and emerging industry solutions
3、Responsible for the number of integrated ICT business indicators to undertake the work, the implementation of indicators reached
4、Digital science integration ICT related innovation research
5、Cooperate closely with common vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, Huasan, Lenovo, HPE, Juniper and so on;
6, maintain partner management and communication, to ensure that the project can be completed on time and with high quality;
7、Support the global major projects in the pre-business opportunity acquisition, pre-sales support, delivery and acceptance and later operation and maintenance management;
8, major ICT project pre-sales program support;
10、Organization of ICT-related risk assessment, inspection and supervision of implementation

Requirements: Education: Full-time undergraduate degree or above with corresponding degree, or full-time undergraduate degree or above graduated from institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad or cooperative institutions of higher learning approved, recognized and recorded by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.Bachelor's degree or above in communication or computer, electronic information system or other related bachelor's degree;
Work experience: 10 or more years of experience in communications or ICT project implementation, experience in large-scale projects is preferred;
Competence requirements: 1, with 5 years or more Team Leader experience Managing a team of not less than 10 people
2、Good writing and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
3、Familiar with communication,ICT,cloud technology, security integration and related hardware and software technology, with on-site practical operation ability, familiar with common brands (such as Huawei, Cisco, HuasanFamiliar with the basic hardware of common brands (e.g. Huawei, Cisco, Huasan, Lenovo, etc.);
4、Excellent communication and negotiation skills and rigorous logical thinking ability, need to maintain efficient and professional cooperative relationship with internal and external teams, with strong pressure resistance;
5, with a keen sense of project risk or change and resilience, with risk management awareness and control ability
