Fed-Supremetech Limited (FSL) was established since 1985 and has become a leading manufacturer specializing in power, distribution, and specialty transformers.  We are the Joint Venture of Schneider Electric.  With a strong presence and expanding business in Hong Kong, we are now seeking a passionate Assistant Operation Manager to join our Company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of machinery at customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient setup.
• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of installed machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the testing and service process.
• Plan and coordinate testing and service operations, optimizing schedules and resources for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in all testing and service operations to meet company and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to testing procedures, service operations, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction contracts and planning management.
• Proven experience in testing, or service operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
