Sales & Marketing Manager (consumer electrical and electronic products OEM/ODM)

Join a leading Hong Kong-based manufacturing Group with focus on OEM/ODM consumer electrical and electronic products manufacturing and electric micro-motors business segments, serving an internationally renowned clientele, with production facilities mainly in Shenzhen and Shaoguan City (China) and Johor Bahru (Malaysia).

Job Descriptions:

• Work in the OEM/ODM/OBM consumer electrical and electronic products business segment;
• Develop & maintain long-term business relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their needs and proactively supporting them in achieving their goals;
• Responsible for full range of sales activities including customers meetings, preparing quotations, order follow-up and delivery, pricing, handling complaints and managing account receivables;
• Lead cross-function project group to resolve all project-related issues and ensure successful project delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from development to end-of-life;
• Coordinate activities related to technical development, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems;
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities;
• Explore and explore new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers;
• Assist management in analysing market trend and growth opportunities; and
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as business requires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer product, particularly in SDA (small domestic appliances), Floor Care, Baby Care, or Toys
• Proven technical knowledge and capability across a wide range of electronics-related areas
• Experience in new business development for Floor Care, Baby Care, Toys, or other related products
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
• Occasional travel is required, mainly to China
• Immediately available is an advantage
