Senior Account Manager - Account Servicing (Client Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manages and oversees the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision
• Put together campaign task briefs as well as liaise with the planner and channel lead to develop post-campaign analysis
• Becomes a key point of contact to Clients of the same corresponding level
• Manages own job requisitions and cost estimates
• Liaises with agency partners/3rd party vendors to obtain schedules, quotes (if any) and specifications
• Mentor junior staff within the team

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in account servicing, with a proven track record in client satisfaction and account growth. We welcome applications from candidates with both less and more experience.
• Solid experience in managing integrated campaigns
• Familiarity in social media and other digital channels
• Current with the fast-changing market landscape
• Show proactiveness participating in Agency’s initiatives
• An ability to think innovatively and independently
• A “people” person with a collaborative attitude
