Marketing Executive/ Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage ATL & BTL marketing programs and communications materials, based on the agreed marketing plans to prepare and design briefs, evaluations, and promotional materials/eCommerce banner/GDN etc
• Build up online shops and manage daily operations (generate and update website content including product information, promotion, events etc)
• Evaluate, report and analyze all online marketing campaigns
• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data and generate insights from in-depth analysis
• Handle customer enquiries via online platforms
• Implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement level and customer data quality
• Coordinate ERP and AI project assignments, schedules and oversee overall projects progress
• Provide the ERP infrastructure administration and support services of the ERP application system
• Design and develop customer journey for loyalty and retention with ERP system

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and prepare reports
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Interested in the mobile phone industry and experience in ERP & CRM is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of e-shop operation
• Good at written and verbal Chinese and English communications
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics and Internet Technology
• Experience in design & video editing tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Independent, mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
