Legal Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support across all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on construction law, dispute resolution processes, contract management, employee compensation claims and common law claims;

• Safeguard company's legal interests, ensure compliance, and support the achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience;

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Hong Kong;

• Preferably with focus on EC, CML, Construction Law, Employment Law; or Personal injury claims;

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., NEC) and industry-specific regulations;

• Experience in managing employee compensation claims and common law claims;

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently;

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
