CARGO SALES MANAGER

You are expected to develop cargo business opportunities, formulate both long and short-term sales strategies for local and overseas markets, and drive cargo business to achieve target revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate long and short-term cargo sales strategies and business plans
• Explore cargo business opportunities, develop cargo sales products, and drive cargo revenue to achieve growth targets
• Develop sales network of cargo agents and pricing structure
• Build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problems with customers
• Monitor the Company’s overall competitiveness in the market, perform tracking and analysis of sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics and available tools
• Prepare sales and forecast reports for Management’s review
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Tertiary education or above in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in cargo sales, of which 4-5 years at management level
• Proven sales experience in China and knowledge of cargo industry
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Able to travel overseas, as and when required
