Business Analyst - Business Planning

Responsibilities:
 
• Collect and analyze business and operating data to identify trends, risk and recommendation.
• Collaborate with marketing and operation departments to gather information and develop performance improvement initiatives.
Assist in monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess the organization’s overall performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare business analysis to support business development and decision-making including sales and supply chain performance, etc.
• Perform data management and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform ad-hoc engagement as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Management, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Able to work under pressure, good business sense, analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Interest in automotive/ semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage
• Frequent travel to the PRC factory is required
