Assistant / Engineer (E&M - MVAC)

With our professional team, LEMON formulates and performs all-in-one holistic revitalisation projects from the beginning of planning, design, licensing, construction, and management to subsequent maintenance. As of now, LEMON has revitalised more than 30 shopping centres and markets, with 2,000,000 sq. ft. in total, maximizing I.F.A of each venue.

Responsibilities

• Design of MVAC installation for the projects, especially A&A works.
• To assist project coordination and attend meetings with clients and external parties.
• To prepare tender drawings and technical specifications.
• To be responsible to superior for works as directed.
• Coordinate, monitor and execute the MVAC installation during construction stage.
• Responsible for conducting contractor submissions (Material/ Equipment Submissions, Construction Drawings), site supervision and inspection.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to ensure the smooth daily project implementation.

Requirements

• 2 years or above of relevant working experience in MVAC installation projects (Experience in consultant firm would be an advantage);
• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Engineer.
