About the role:

As a Sales Associate at Time Universe Watch Co., Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail store located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our high-quality watches to customers
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering their questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process
• Handling cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
• Participating in inventory management and product replenishment as required
• Contributing to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sales, with a preference for watch or jewelry industry background. Fashion industry experience is also welcomed.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good team player with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Good sales and interpersonal skills
• Passionate in retail or service oriented industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills
• Client centric, proactive and positive in approach
• Good team player with high levels of motivation
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in retail will also be considered
• Energetic and proactive team player
• Physically active role requiring stamina and flexibility
• Looking for someone with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach
• Excellent adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
• Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply

What we offer:

• Basic Salary 10K & Commission (Avg salary $30k-100k/month)
• Rest day: 6 days per month/ PH :14 days / AL: 14 days

• Working Hours: 10:00-18:30 (Mon to Fri) /10:00-14:00 (Alternate Saturday Off)
