职位描述
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional service with hospitality
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
- Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate the staff the do the same.
- Communicating with kitchen staff for guests’ request and special orders.
- Organize and supervise shifts, train new staff
Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in fine dining is an advantage.
- Well-presented and presents a positive, friendly image
- Willing to learn and able to work in a high pace dining room
- Team player who is willing to take on challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English including Cantonese and Mandarin
