Job Description
Role responsibilities:
- To be responsible for overall reception duties and office administration work
- To handle all incoming & outgoing company mail / parcels
- To greet visitors politely
- To provide office administrative support such as travel tickets arrangement, office equipment maintenance, service arrangement, stationary ordering and etc.
- To provide clerical support and perform other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above with two years’ relevant working experience
- Approachable, polite with strong customer service sense
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
