職位描述


Responsibilities:

  1. Handle General administrative and clerical duties 
  2. Handle internal and external parties for daily HR operation & administration.
  3.  General duties of secretary
  4. Preparing  team meeting agenda and related materials
  5.  Reporting and working closely with team manager 
  6. Responsible for providing administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder with at least five years of experience in solid secretary, or personal assistant in sizeable entities.
  2. Ability to be good team player with good interpersonal skill.
  3. Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English.
  5. Good attitude, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and within a fast-paced team environment, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness

職責 :

  1. 寫字樓文職工作,處理電話,電腦查詢等 
  2. 處理日常文書工作,製訂表格文件
  3. 如有物流,協助營業部或行政經驗更佳
  4. 安排會議日程

 

要求  : 

  1. 本科程度
  2. 具5年以上經驗
  3. 熟悉操作Microsoft Office  辦公室軟件
  4. 流利廣東話、國語、英文
  5. 熟練處理文書工作 、工作積極勤奮、有責任感
  6. 具良好溝通能力、積極主動和具有團隊合作精神 ,時間營理良好
