Service Desk Support

Working Hour : Required to work on variable 8 working hours on roster basis ( 23:00 - 08:00) and government published public holidays. 

Requirements    

• Diploma or High Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines  
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT industry    
• Fresh graduates are welcome   
• Hands on experience in windows 10, 11 and user support  
• Hands-on experience in Windows server, AD, Exchange, VMware and Networking equipment, Office365
• Good team player, self-motivated  
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin dialogue.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred   

Responsibilities:    

• Provide IT hotline and customer service  
• Provide helpdesk support of IT Systems 
• Provide remote support to end users trouble shot. 
• Monitor and maintain SLA, chase and follow up outstanding tickets with users.
