Major Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Maintains stock lists and orders office/store supplies as needed
- Handling broadband, telephone and POS system maintenance issue
- Coordinate and monitor courier, cleaning, laundry and water supply service
- Prepare monthly reports (i.e. incentive and commission, annual leave balance, energy saving, office admin spending, free goods order etc.)
- Assist in organizing company’s activities (i.e. annual party, CSR etc.)
Retail Operations
- Assist sales team to evaluate and analysing the effectiveness of incentive program
- Monitor the existing status and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operations
- Prepare sales reports and presentation materials
- Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to all retail sale team in a timely manner
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Strong analytical mind and communication skill
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good command on both Chinese and English
- Good initiative and follow-through
- Good sense of figures and detail minded
- Retail experience is preferred
