Assistant Building Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

• Holder of a Diploma or Higher Certificate of a polytechnic or equivalent technical institute in Hong Kong in building studies or equivalent;
• At least three (3) years’ post-qualification experience in building maintenance; and

Requirements

• Carry out building safety inspection & prepare report;
• Supervise tradesmen, skilled labourers & sub-contractors for in-house maintenance & contracted –out works;
• Execute tasks assigned by Building Maintenance Officer and / or Building Manager from time to time
