Company Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate dangerous drugs record according to HKSAR regulation
• Manage and control the day-to-day operation of narcotic drug fulfillment process including physical handling, record keeping and data integrity of the narcotic drugs records in Hong Kong
• Provide advice on regulatory affair for wholesale dealing, secondary repackaging operations and dangerous drugs operations
• Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance Manager to construct and conduct quality assurance program for warehouse & distribution and secondary repackaging operations
• Manage change control and risk assessment for warehouse & distribution aspects
• Handle local health authority audit and inspection for wholesale dealing, secondary repackaging and dangerous drugs
• Handling client audits for quality assurance, pharmacovigilance and third parties’ audits (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and etc)
• Review quality assurance agreements and pharmacovigilance agreements
• Managing customer complaints, incident report investigation and develop CAPA (corrective and preventive actions)
• Responsible for pharmacovigilance activities including providing adverse event reporting and training
• Review company SOP and deliver training to internal parties

Job Requirements:

• Registered pharmacist in Hong Kong with at least 1 year of relevant working experience, experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality control is highly preferred
• With experience of dangerous drug operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of quality management systems and pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry
• Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
