Customer Services Executive / Assistant

職位描述

Responsibilities:
 

  • Handle daily CS operation, such as quotations, orders arrangements, invoicing and after-sales services;
  • Follow-up customers' enquiries and handle complaints to maintain customers satisfaction;
  • Assist in sales leads follow-up to close the deal and meet the target;
  • Complete related paper works and reports timely;
  • Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:
 

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in sales/customer services, less experience will be considered as Assistant;
  • Excellent telephone manner with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
  • Attention to details and able to work independently;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Workdays

  • Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)
  • One Saturday per month (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
  • Part-time will be considered (9:00 am - 1:00 pm / 14:00pm - 6:00pm)  4 days per week
