- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, preferably gained from commercial property
- Holder of valid SPP (Category B) and QAS training certificate
- To assist in the day-to-day management, operation and maintenance works of a new commercial property
- To manage the concierge counter and handle visitors’ enquiries
- To provide premium customer services, such as visitor registration and premises inspection
- To prepare and follow up work orders with the work team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
