Summer Intern / Part-time Intern

We are looking for talented young self-starters. Our program is a summer full-time paid program or a part-time paid program at our headquarters in Wanchai, Hong Kong.

During the program, you will work closely with the organization, and more importantly, make a significant contribution to the growth initiatives for our existing and new businesses. Interesting jobs include,

Surveying students:

1. Carrying out feasibility study to evaluate real estate opportunities
2. Real-life management of final account of our property development projects

Architectural studies students:

1. Involving in design stage of our company upcoming development projects
2. Preparation of design related marketing materials
3. Participate in sales brochure of our development projects

Business & Marketing Students:

1. Contribute to creating marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at selling properties within upcoming projects
2. Assist in creating digital marketing content and strategies to promote properties through online platforms
3. Help research competitor projects and evaluate how the company can differentiate its developments in the marketplace
4. Gather data on market trends, helping the company assess potential locations and demographics for new developments

Human Resources & Administrative Management Students:

1. Assist in documentations and records management
2. Coordinate onboarding sessions and company activities
3. Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and manging calls

Computer Studies & Information Technology Students:

1. Act as a liaison between colleagues and the outsourced IT service provider
2. Work on automation tools to streamline internal processes, such as document handling or data analysis
3. Explore AI-driven solutions to optimize property management
4. Assist in developing mobile/web applications for real estate operations
