Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530701) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ solid administrative work experience. Applicants should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; with an appropriate level of IT skills. They should be a fast learner, a good team player, attentive to details, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to Faculty’s IT and Campus Innovation Team including drafting internal documentation and reports, arranging meeting logistics, assisting in asset management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
