Family Office Admin and Property Officer

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up tasks on properties management and maintenance;
  • Assist to handle company secretarial tasks;
  • Assist accounting function, to record investment transactions, fund transfer and inter-company rechargeable items etc;
  • Handle filing system maintenance;
  • Assist to perform general administrative tasks, including set up virtual office model;
  • Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.



Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above, major in Estate Management / Business Admin / Accounting be advantage;
  • Knowledge on property management and maintenance is a must;
  • 3 years or above working experience on related job nature;
  • Accounting knowledge is required, with hand-on experience in MYOB is more preferable;
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a must;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to all levels of colleagues;
  • Confidentially, self-motivated and ability to work independently;
  • Positive, patient character, willing to learn and try different tasks.
