Finance Manager – Reporting and FP&A (Advertising & Media Field)

Job Responsibilities: 

Reporting

• Assist in all aspects of reporting to ensure all transactions are recorded properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with statutory, SOX and group requirements 
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting package, tax computation and intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare weekly updates on Accounts Receivable/ Work in Progress and monthly Working Capital Analysis
• Review cash flow analysis and forecasts

FP &A

• Support in monthly forecast and annual business planning process.
• Prepare budget, monthly and quarterly profit and loss forecasts and variance analyses
• Support in preparation of timesheet reconciliation and Client Profitability Analysis

 Control and compliance

• Develop and review process and ensure all internal departments to comply with internal control process
• Continuously review and improve functionality of accounting system
• Perform SOX testing on a quarterly basis
• Assist in Client Compliance Audit

 Others

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax advisors and group companies
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• ACCA/HKICPA finalist plus 8 years accounting experience preferably in media industry with 3 years in supervisory role
• Proactive with good interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and hard working 
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office 
• Hyperion experience is an advantage
• Immediately available preferred 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Finance Manager
