Responsibilities:

  • HR duties such as payroll, MPF, staff attendance & leave record
  • Focus on recruitment and onboarding
  • Handle general administration duties for the office/factory
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks & projects (if required)

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above in related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience required is preferred
  • A team player with high initiative, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage
