Interior Designer / 室內設計師（junior/senior)

 Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for interior design works and coordination for a wide variety of properties.
2. Provide strong concept design and leadership to in-house designer and external consultants
3. Align the company goal and sales target set by Sales Director
4. Maintain and deliver market leading design through the development process
5. Research on design trends in buildings and product design
6. Generate new leads (Interior Design + Build Projects)
7. Providing excellent customer services

Requirements:
 

1. Degree in Interior Design or related disciplines
2. At least 5-8 years solid working experience, and luxurious residential experience a must
3. A quick learner, energetic and creative
4. Excellent in communication and strong organizational skills
5. Willing to learn new methodologies and apply them
6. Willing to take responsibility and has a helpful personality 
7. Good design portfolio in luxury residential / commercial preferred
8. . AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign（3D max rendering knowledge is an advantage）
9. Creative and excellent design flair with strong interest and broad knowledge of design trends

職責

1. 負責室內設計及訂做傢俬項目，向客戶跟進及了解設計需要
2. 熟悉繪圖工作，確認設計及物料及跟進地盤進度
3. 跟進設計圖及施工圖，負責現場監管和協調地盤運作
4. 傑出的應聘者將能夠參觀米蘭家具展

要求

1. 3-5 年或以上室內設計工作經驗，能獨立見客及出圖優先
2. 自信、形象氣質俱
3. 有責任心、有耐性，有良好溝通技巧
4. 流利廣東話、國語，懂英文佳
5. 有理想與目標，積極主動和具有團隊合作精神
6. 熟悉操作電腦繪圖軟件，
7. 如︰AI， AutoCAD， Photoshop， Sketchup等
