Manager - Asset Management

To support our hyper growth and prepare ourselves for future development, we are looking for a capable team leader for the role of Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join our Human Resources team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Working directly with the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the transformation journey of the Group’s total rewards strategy and execution.

Job Summary:

Optimize and manage company’s assets according to underwritten investment direction.  Periodic review asset value and market conditions to adjust asset planning and management strategy.  Maximize the company’s return on investment.

Key Focuses and Responsibilities

• Review lease structure, terms and conditions
• Oversee service quality of existing property portfolio
• Prepare and monitor P&L of portfolio
• Manage CapEx to acquire or upgrade physical assets and asset enhancement works to ensure asset are kept at the top standard
• Identify value-adding asset management strategies to enhance cash flow and valuation of portfolio
• Strategically advise the top management on what actions to take with the company’s assets.
• Assess and manage risks associated with current assets
• Ensure asset management policies and procedures are maintained up to standard
• Prepare management report and other duties
• More experienced candidate could be considered as Senior Manager - Asset Management

Key Requirements and Expectations

• Bachelor in Business management, International Business, Surveying, Finance or related subjects or above academic background
• Over 8 years property asset management experience
• Able to manage and work with senior management requirements
• Result-driven and fast paced
