Marketing Executive/Assistant

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Handle planning and execution of offline activities/events to promote brand awareness
• Translate and maintain marketing and product materials for HK/oversea markets, including but not limited to offline channel ads (MTR, bus, tram, outdoor), product brochures, leaflets, POP, promotional banners, advertising materials, etc.
• Coordinate with in-house designers or vendors to create marketing materials.
• Celebrity/KOL communication to promote brands and products
• Keep track the market trend to optimize category growth;
• Assist with various online and offline activities
• Handle sales and marketing-related administrative tasks such as data entry, weekly marketing activity reporting and quotation preparation
• Work closely with teams in Mainland China and Europe, including sales team, design team, etc
  
   

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or major in Marketing/Business/Media or a related discipline
• At least 2 year’s related working experience, candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Good command of copywriting skills and design sense
• Knowledge of using design tools like photoshop, canva, etc
• Knowledge of HK and mainland China e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and new media operations is highly advantageous
• Preferred qualifications include experience in FB/IG advertising, KOL partnerships, event execution, e-commerce, and related fields
• Experience in supplement/medical/personal care/FMCG industries is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently under supervision
• Immediate availability preferred
