Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing overall resources allocation, product planning, branch line planning, and implementation for the planning team.
• Drive the promotion of operational shipping models, scheduling optimization, and branch line planning.
• Oversee branch line network planning, manage load rates, and optimize operational costs.
• Improve network coverage and strengthen cost control measures for service points.
• Support the promotion and piloting of related projects.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Logistics or related disciplines
• 3 year or above experience in operation or logistics
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and excellent negotiating and communication skills
• Familiar with logistic management standards and practices, able to deliver solution or improvement proposal according to demands and requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
