Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage ODM/OEM/JDM projects from initial concept to mass production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with R&D, engineering, production, and quality control teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Technical Leadership: Apply your technical expertise to resolve issues related to motorized appliances and other electronic products. Provide guidance on design, functionality, and manufacturability to ensure high-quality production.
• Global Travel: Occasionally travel to mainland China and Vietnam to support project execution, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth production processes.
• Team Collaboration: Promote a positive and productive team environment, using your strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports to ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Provide strategic input on project cost, pricing, and business strategy to align with company goals.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing ODM/OEM/JDM projects, especially in the motorized appliance industry, is highly advantageous.
• Experience in the IoT industry is a plus.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
  
  Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of motorized appliances, including design, development, and production processes.
• Strong technical background in electrical appliances and electronics.
  
  Language Skills:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with overseas partners and customers.
  
  Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• A detail-oriented approach to project management, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  
  Willingness to Travel:
• Occasional travel to mainland China and Vietnam to oversee project development and collaborate with suppliers.
