職位描述

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of property management
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance works with contractors and vendors
  • Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
  • Assist with property leasing matters, including liaising with property agents and coordinating lease negotiations
  • Arrange and follow up on property viewings, leasing offers, and tenant onboarding
  • Prepare, review, and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and termination documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease terms, tenant profiles, and rental status
  • Support budgeting processes, cost control, and the preparation of operational reports

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role)
  • Strong communication skills, with experience liaising with property agents and service providers
  • Meticulous, with solid administrative and documentation capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Service- and detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, with good judgment and integrity
