PROPERTY MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER (MONG KOK)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the site-in-charge and supervise a team of management staff to deliver quality service for new residential development
• Oversee the daily operation of the property including but not limited to maintenance, cleaning, security control, concierge services, financial management, budget preparation, landscaping, club house management, car park management, etc.
• Develop improvement plans for standard procedures, control measures and environmental friendly measures

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
• Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Housing Management / MCIH or equivalent
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 3-5 years at supervisory / managerial level in residential properties
• Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Mature, independent and with good educational background
• Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
