Property Manager

Job description:

• Act as the first contact person of the representative from landlord.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
• Supervising and coordinating building maintenance and work orders.
• Responsible for developing and managing budgets for property operations and optimizing financial performance.
• Closely monitor the performance of the management agent in terms of security, cleansing and carpark management by fulfilling company standard.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. Cooperate with Health and Safety team by attending regular meeting and conduct site inspection with monthly reporting.
• Work closely with internal parties for effective and efficient day to day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent work experience in property management will be considered.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1 licence) is a must with membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH).
• Proven experience in property management with at least 5 years in supervisor level.
• Experience in managing property management company is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Chinese & English.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
