Job Responsibilities

• To assist in daily property operations and management

• To handle clients’ inquires and deliver quality service

• To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations including cleaning and security team

• To organize property activities

• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines

• 2 years or above relevant experience in property management

• Mature, responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

• Immediately available is highly preferred
