Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Develop and implement innovative strategies to exceed revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Inspire Leadership: Lead and motivate a dynamic team of sales and merchandising professionals to achieve peak performance.
- Enhance customer Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships with core customers, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through quality products and services.
- Execute Full Cycle Merchandising: Oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment delivery, ensuring timely and efficient critical path execution.
- Elevate Merchandising Performance: implement best practices to foster customer loyalty and enhance overall profitability.
- Data-driven reporting: generate insightful reports on merchandising performance and market trends for senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Strong in sales, product development, merchandising, and supply chain
- Strength in sweater and fine knits, with additional knowledge in woven apparel
- Degree holder, preferably in Fashion & Textile
- At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and merchandising for sweater and fine knits business
- Good knowledge of product costing and providing price quotations to customers professionally, accurately and in a timely way
- Experienced with USA or European fashion brands will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, a good understanding of numbers, as well as an independent way of working, high flexibility, and resilience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua, Cantonese)
Working locations:
Hong Kong and Zhongshan (at least 4 days a week in Zhongshan) and
travel to overseas Product centres in USA, Europe and UK, and production facilities in China,
South East Asia to meet business needs
