Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, Masters Programmes (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (several posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics(Ref.: 530733) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration. They should be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), possess good organisational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. They should also be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, and work well both independently and in a team, as well as under pressure. Those with less experience and fresh graduates may be considered as Executive Assistant.
The appointees will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty’s taught postgraduate programmes, including programme operations and student administration, as well as recruitment and student admissions, such as providing information to prospective candidates, handling and processing applications and admissions offers, and arranging interviews. They will also perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
