Job Highlights

As the leader of HR Team and responsible for full range of HR functions to support our Group business. To assist in analyzing, identifying and developing effective HR strategies, policies to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the team and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, include but not limit to Recruitment, C&B and Payroll Management
• Provide strategic plan for HR Department to maximize the performance to the company for future growth
• Provide pragmatic advice to departmental managers on resolving people-related issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to internal policies and statutory requirements
• Lead and guide the team members to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

Job Requirements

• Significant 6 years experience in the HR field, with at least 2 years extensive managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of the statutory regulations in HR fields and labour law is a must
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Good analytical skill and compatible with industry trend
• Retail and Beauty Industry experience is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive mind
• Knowledge of HRIS will be an advantage
• Good command of written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
