Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Good communication skills, oral and written, both in Mandarin and English
- 10 years’ experience with multi-national company
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop people plan
- Ability to build strong cross functional working relationships at all levels
- Risk management and legal sense
- Excellent interpersonal skills, real affinity with people and a team player
- Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
- Understand good people management, and how to coach and develop others
- Good presentation skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Partner with the business leader in creating an organizational design and culture that will enable omni-channel strategy. Be agile and able to balance the short-term business needs vs. longer term growth in HK.
- Partner with the local leadership team to ensure people strategy is aligned with and enables the operational strategy.
- Knowledgeable about the market evolvement, ability to identify opportunities and always think creatively to leverage the best practices to grow the business.
- Responsible for talent acquisition and building talent acquisition capability to support business growth, for both office and frontline.
- Create a talent development strategy to ensure growing talent and promotion from within as we expand our store business.
- Build a sustainable organization structure, and continue to develop talents’ capabilities and career development.
- Partner with business leaders to design office and store sales incentives that reward key outcomes, such as performance (sales and margin) and culture (service and values), and staying competitive in the market.
- Design effective total reward packages suitable to recruiting and retaining target candidates.
- Ensure company policies, guidelines and procedures commensurate with local labor laws, and employees act and operate in accordance with company policies and regulations.
