To support our hyper growth and prepare ourselves for future development, we are looking for a capable team leader for the role of Senior Manager – Total Rewards to join our Human Resources team at our Hong Kong headquarters. Working directly with the Chief People Officer, you will be part of the transformation journey of the Group’s total rewards strategy and execution.
Key Focuses and Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the team, including document management, correspondence, and general office duties. Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Handle general leasing matters including new letting, renewal negotiation and property management inquiries
- Liaise closely with property developers, strengthen tenant relationships by providing quality tenant services, and developing new client networks through business connections
- Develop good connection with tenants and property agencies
- Conduct market research, in-depth site analysis evaluate the performance of current & potential premises, make recommendation for network expansion with different brands in Hong Kong and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
Key Requirements and Expectations:
- Degree holder in Building Services, Real Estate, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail leasing with sizable retail chain or property developers/consulting firms
- Good commercial sense and analytical mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High work commitment, responsible, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Dynamic and fast-paced characteristics with “can-do” attitude
- Immediate available is preferable
