Shop Sales Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated Shop Sales Representative to manage the sales of second-hand mobile phones and other second-hand electronic products in our retail store. The successful candidate will also be responsible for operating our company’s Carousell platform and managing our social media groups.

Responsibilities:

• Sell second-hand mobile phones and electronic products in the shop.
• Operate and manage the Carousell platform for online sales.
• Manage and engage with customers on social media platforms.
• Assist in maintaining store inventory and displays.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• DSE graduated with electronic products or second-hand smartphones sales experience is a plus.
• Passion for using social media.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Shift duties is required.
