Technical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud environments, including areas like backup, event monitoring, and email systems.
• Collaborate with the team on deploying solutions for various services.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and help optimize system performance to meet service expectations.
• Contribute to system automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and streamlining processes.

Job Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as containers (e.g., Docker), cloud services, and databases (NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn about IT infrastructure design and support across Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) are preferred.
