Duties:
- Plan and execute administrative flows and logistic support for programme
- Carry out duties in student recruitment and admission
- Provide secretarial support and stock take as well as archive the programme materials
- Assist in devising & maintaining systems/ workflows for the programme (e.g. student and network)
- Handle the enquiries of the programme
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience (experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to take on responsibilities are essential
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Familiarity with systems and audio-video editing skills is a bonus
