QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead 8D reports, fault analysis, troubleshooting, technical reports, etc. and customer quality support;
• Manage product quality related guidelines and standards according to government standards;
• Be responsible for quality control and product reliability;
• Supervise product quality improvement plans of internal parties and suppliers;
• Liaise with internal parties and suppliers on the new product development quality engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• Experienced candidate with High Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering or equivalent will also be considered;
• 3-5 years of quality engineering, especial customer and reliability  quality experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry with display driver IC is an advantage;
• Familiar with semiconductor reliability testing and failure analysis, 8D, FMEA, quality management system, quality tools and statistics;
• Proactive with strong analytic and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Cantonese is advantage.
• Team player and good communication and coordination capacity for quality.
