Job Responsibilities & Requirements 工作內容及要求
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve the sales target and KPIs
- 領導及管理銷售團隊達成銷售目標及KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service to our prospective customers and ensure the pleasurable shopping experience
- 為客人提供卓越的客戶服務並確保他們有愉快的購物體驗
- Coach, motivate and develop the team in terms of sales performance and customer service
- 在銷售業績和客戶服務方面作指導, 激勵及培育銷售團隊發展
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion retail industry, preferably in footwear/apparel brand with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- 最少五年或以上零售經驗並具2年管理經驗, 具有鞋履服裝銷售經驗者優先
- Energetic, positive, self-motivated and service oriented
- 積極主動，個性開朗, 以客為先
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- 良好的領導才能及人際溝通技巧
- Preference will be given to candidates who can work in HK Island and cross-habour / Tung Chung transportation allowance will be granted
- 可於香港區工作者將優先考慮並獲港島區跨區 / 東涌交通津貼
